Environmental conditions are described as somewhat conducive for gradual development over the next several days if the system remains over open water. Formation odds in the outlooks are probabilistic and updated regularly.
As of the most recent advisory cycle, no coastal watches or warnings were in effect for the contiguous United States, the Caribbean islands named in the outlook, or Bermuda. Interests in the western Atlantic are advised to monitor updates.
